Mouchak-Malibagh: A death trap for residents 

The roads at Dhaka's Mouchak and Malibagh neighbourhoods have turned into a "death trap" for residents as accidents occur almost every day because of traffic jams and jaywalkers. The construction of the flyover began in 2013 and it was scheduled to be opened after two years. But the work has not yet been completed. 
Moreover, heavy construction vehicles and equipment have damaged the roads. Due to the ongoing project, drainage system has also deteriorated The residents' prolonged suffering needs to be stopped. The arrival of rainy season will make the roads more unbearable for both commuters and pedestrians..
